If you work in a store providing customer service we would like your comments and feedback regarding the obstacles that get in the way of you providing the best possible service you can. In our experience, customer service staff always want to give good service but sometimes there are things in the organisation that stop them doing this. We would like to understand what these things are.

Please consider the statements below and then select a number from 1 to 5, where 1 = Never a Problem, and 5 = Always A Problem.
