The results are an average of all Shopper Survey Results in order of reported importance, 1 being highest. (Average score out of 5 in brackets)
1. The attitude of the staff and their promptness in helping you (4.57)
2. The length of time you have to wait/queue in the store (4.29)
3. The knowledge of the staff on the store’s products & services (4.29)
4. Being left alone to browse, asking for help when you need it (4.29)
5. The quality of the products (4.14)
6. Leaving, having enjoyed the experience of shopping at the store (4.14)
7. The appearance of the store (3.71)
8. The dress and appearance of the members of staff (3.71)
9. A low price for the items you are purchasing (3.43)
10. Being greeted by a member of staff soon after you enter the store (2.14)
